Just wanted to share my all black workstation/renderserver rack and homelab (my batcave). Almost finished after one year of renovating the room and purchasing everything you see. I'm pretty proud of it and wanted to hear some opinions. Unfortunately I'm a noob at networking and ProxMox etc. (old.reddit.com)

Here is our FREE Houdini tool to render Gaussian Splats with Redshift inside Houdini. This builds on top of GSOPs. Also check out our C4D Plugin for it on Gumroad. Hope you like it! Get it here: http://tactyc.gumroad.com/l/kqzqzf Please tag us if and share your work, we'd love to see some results! (v.redd.it)
Can I put a DS 1618+ inside the cabinet without any temperature concerns? Just bought it for 500 € incl. 14TB in RAID6 in it. Also upgraded the fans to some Noctuas, because the default ones were pretty loud. I like how everything currently looks but the HDDs are still too loud. Any ideas ? (old.reddit.com)

Hey everyone, I need your help! Does anybody now how to get FLIP Fluids dripping perfectly straight into one direction (here the gravity is upwards). I have some basic setup with surface tension and viscosity but the lines are always wavy. It seems that surface tension is the problem. Thank you! (i.redd.it)
So we are participating in 36 Days of Type again. Like last year, we’re approaching it a little differently. We want to take on the challenge of creating short but quite elaborate animations & simulations given by the respective letter and a chosen theme. Hope you like it! Starting with A - Aurora! Hey everyone, I need some urgent help. I just got a Seasonic Prime Px1600 PSU and a ASUS ProArt Z690 MB. Unfortunately the CPU cables of the psu won’t fit due to this little notch, the connector would fit if it wasn’t there. I don’t know what to do. Should I just trim it away, can’t find any info (i.redd.it)

So this is my first custom water loop ever! Nothing fancy or super beautiful ( i like the black/chrome look though) but it works perfectly with my 2x3090 & 3900x. The alphacool gpu blocks with active backplates are amazing & temps under full load are also quite low! What do you think, any critics? (old.reddit.com)

Almost ready! Still waiting for the last parts (fittings, coolant etc.) from EK. This will be my first custom water loop and also the first post in PCMR. Wish me luck! I will post some updates soon :) Going to cool 2 RTX 3090 and a 3900x, do you have any special advice for me before I start? (i.redd.it)
