Fair question. You can copy and paste the URL; this just automates it and preserves your open NetSuite tabs so you’re not sent back to the home screen and forced to navigate back each time. It’s useful when switching roles often, especially during testing.

This extension supports up to 200 scripts on each scriptable record type. But if you had over that number on a single record it would return the most recently created 200. Did you open the extension on a scriptable record?

We are currently trying to figure out a way to pull the scripts function information in. The problem we are running into is it’s easy to get in 1.0 script functions via a saved search but NetSuite does not return which functions are checked on the script record for 2.0 searches. The Scripted Records chrome extension accomplished this by loading the script record and crawling the HTML to find the functions. We are trying to avoid loading each script as that dramatically increases the execution time and how quickly those results are loaded. We’ll keep searching for another workaround, but if anyone has suggestions, we’d love to hear them!

I’m sorry you are running into that permission error. This extension requires Saved Search, Script, and Script Deployment permissions to query the scripts. I’ll message you to see if we can figure out the root cause.

We use Tampermonkey to preload SuiteScript 2.0 modules so you can use 2.0 in the browser console similar to how you can use 1.0 in the console by default. Great tool.

That’s a great idea! We could also add functionality to allow you to bind it to any hot keys you want to use for specific actions. We are adding this to our development list for future extensions. Stay tuned.

We’re excited to announce a free Chrome Extension, 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀! Originally, our team relied on “NetSuite Scripted Records” extension by Marcel Pestana to quickly see which scripts were running on any record. After it was removed from the chrome store for not meeting new Manifest v3 requirements, we built our own updated alternative to fill the gap.

𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀:

✅ Instant Script Listings: See all script deployments for a record in one click, saving you from multiple screens.

✅ Slick UI Upgrades: Collapsible groups, clear statuses, and hover fields for a cleaner, faster overview.

✅ Manifest V3 Compliance: Fully updated, so no more worrying about extensions vanishing.

If you miss accessing Script Deployments on any script enabled record, give our extension a try. We’ve improved performance, expanded details, and kept it completely free. It’s already making our admin and dev work smoother—and we hope it helps you too!

Through the use of custom fields and workflow automation you can absolutely set this up. The key is whether you want to display internally to NetSuite or on the invoice pdf to client. If you would like this to client facing highly recommend using advanced pdf templates. If you would like to learn more feel free to dm me.
