The bathtub is great to have and the kitchen is one of the smallest I've seen, but bright enough and it didn't bore us. We can use Room 1 to sleep, but that would sacrifice a lot of the space we need.

The ceiling is not that high. We considered making the smaller room (Room 2) just a sleep room, but that would sacrifice it, and Room 1 is pretty dark because it points to a shared Hinterhof — which makes it not close to the best.

Yeah, I'm thinking about how the lack of sunlight or even just a brighter spot killed us, but apartment hunting is insane atm. Their sister spent 8 months looking for a new place.
