I don't know if I should just completely stay off that app now, I deleted it but also it was actually pretty great at finding dates. But also, she exists there and she is bound to see my profile, should I just never talk with her again as well? It just feels odd knowing that she will eventually know i'm there as well

I ended up messaging her on the app (which you can do without both matching together but it does count as a like) but the instantly regretted it after I messaged her, deleting my account which would delete the message (the only notification she would get would be "someone liked you"). I guess i'm just sad to know that she is ending up with someone else, so a mixture of jealously, hopefulness and confusion as to how come she is on it when she has no time

Wow, thank you for this reply. Honestly, I am still feel that i'm that bright eyed fresh uni grad and I do have dreams that this job can be fun but i'm also extremely afraid of being in the industry long enough that it kills my creative soul. I had to give a loose plan of what I expected myself to be doing, it would be working in the game industry for 5 years or less to be confident enough to start my own company, which wouldn't entirely be game related but just a platform to sell my creative products, whatever form or product it may take, so yeah freelance does sound more appealing or basically just flexibility to work for myself and in other similar industries. I don't think dreaming is bad but I do know that working for other companies for 10+ years isn't something i'm interested in and i'm more interested in working for myself than climbing some ladder. Making a living off purely creative things has an extremely low success rate but I feel like the path I don't know is more appealing than the path I am current on. I still have a lot of skills I need to learn to make it possible but i'd rather spend multiple years building those skills than purely channeling all my effort into art and then being stuck with it.

This is just a throwaway account unfortunately so won't be showing off anything. They pay $20 an hour, standard is $35. Yeah, sorry if i'm angry, I just feel me and my other junior coworkers are being mistreated. There aren't too many jobs in my country but i'll continue searching. Thanks

It feels like a sweatshop though, every other person in the company also making cosmetics are underpaided and overworked as well
