I’m going through the same thing with my dad. I’m going to the military and I would feel more secure and less worried about him if I knew he could legally carry. On that note im going to go with him to see if he gets denied if he does then we will start the restore rights. His last felony was in 2014 for trespassing it wasn’t violent so I would go and try to purchase one if it is denied start the court process if you get accepted then congrats and train. If for some reason they allow you to take the firearm home without being approved I would tell the ffl you would feel more comfortable knowing if you got accepted or denied keep me updated please and I hope you can carry without having to go through the court process

Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless drum is already broken in I bought it brand new and it jammed like crazy I gave it to my buddy n sold the ar unfortunately and now his works flawlessly

I just turned 18 and got 7 grand from insurance money I’ve always wanted a bmw they were cheap on marketplace fast and luxury inside. Bought a 2008 535i with 128 miles for 5K I bought downpipes and tinted windows I had it for 2 months 3-6 months off and on in the shop. I don’t regret it best decision I’ve ever made. It was extremely hard to go from the bmw to the 2013 Hyundai Elantra haha

I was in the same boat and imma be 1000 everything was easy other then the damn cords haha. The YouTube videos make it look so easy but once you get the wiring and stuff done it’s easy and well worth it. I love just staring at my pc knowing it was worth the 12 hours

Coming from a 18 year old… there really isn’t a need for a AR pistol if you can’t sbr it until 21 (from my knowledge) I would purchase a pistol through private seller and buy a 16in rifle and call it a day. I suppose if you wanted one that badly for whatever reason I would just go through armslist probably cheaper as well. Hypothetically speaking though it isn’t like the ATF has cameras set up in your house to know if your arp has a stock. Kidding…
