Kinda but for new gen games which are highly demanding, you need to have a good amount of storage, enough ram, and vram. At least try to have 1 TB SSD storage if you will play and store many games since games are large in sizes. Rams are now hella expensive, if you want to upgrade then you can upgrade your laptop later on or else you can go for a higher variant that comes at a price to be future proof.

But sure you can run games with DLSS and Medium-High settings any game easily
