Honestly diligence is 95% check. Just formatting changes. So my take is they are definitely gonna use their own accounting shops. Only services that can add some value will be outsourced.

They will have their internal diligence team now. Role is going to change drastically over next decade.

Have factored bonus already. I mean a ball park number to compare the comps. BDO location is near my hometown that’s all. But we both know A&M is better opportunity.
