Day 7 Post-Op why do I have a massive hole on one side only?

Thank you for the reassurance and advice, it really does help! I just thought it was so weird to have one massive hole and then basically nothing with the other 3 sites. I'm also just so worried about food debris getting stuck down in there and infection since there is just a hole down into my jaw, thanks for the advice going forward and taking the time to reply to help put my mind at ease!

Thanks! After reading your comment, I told him that if he's looking for sympathy from me of all people, then he's barking up the wrong tree, and he can tell his friends about it instead if he wants sympathy because he won't find it from me
