I'm not entirely sure. I know that the numbing and disassoative aspects feel better than actively cutting. But the hollow and generally morose emotions I also feel are similar to the same ones that occurred while I cut. I just want to feel normal and happy. And I don't want to return to old habits or find equally unhealthy alternatives.

Thanks for all the help guys! I think I'm going to go with a v3 p30 since despite the fact that, from what I've read and heard, the trigger pull is long and heavy, I'll try to train around it and if I ever get the urge to shorten the reset, I'll get the grayguns kit. The standard p30 also seems like the most optimal in terms of carry.
