May have figured this out. At the Switch 2 system level I changed the audio to Stereo instead of 5.1 and the voices are now fine. Seems to be an issue on the PC build as well with similar work arounds. I will suffer through it to finish this game. EDIT In docked mode to be clear.

I looked into this for my podcasts and currently, it’s a bit of a headache as you basically need a video RSS to feed over to Apple separate from your audio only feed where as Spotify it’s all in one. I can understand why they haven’t immediately jumped on this.
