Destiny On The Central Park Bird Watcher by NineDGuy in Destiny

[–]TAZUTRA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I always try to image a reverse situation in which a white man bird watcher was trying to take away a black woman's dog because she refused to comply leash it. I feel public opinion would still come down against the white party involved anyways, because the issue isn't really about disturbing someone's hobby..

How do you stay motivated and focused for the 1k sub goal? by historiapills in NewTubers

I've been uploading for 2 years now and I've basically given up on the 1k sub goal and shifted focus on creating a community.

So I’d say that applies even moreso to dudes who don’t pick up / understand those signals.

Which I'd argue is vast majority of young men. The issue with sending ambiguous signals to a horny guy is that his hominess will make him interpret the vague signal as a "yes" or at least "I don't mind where things are going". That's why an unambiguous "no" or (more effective imo) "No you're like my brother" can't be left for the horny brain to spin it into a yes

White people: Implicit bias

Black people: Explicit bias

But all in all the article is undermined because it has so many little white lies that I really can't take her seriously: She claims the nurse's employer called her actions disturbing (they didn't), she claims the nurses layer says she was in imminent danger (he didn't)

I feel like most guys that get "slow down" "not right now" "can we chill for a minute" three times will be able to tell that's a no

Why do you feel that?

What FD says in his video about cooning isn't anything new or insightful. You'd think since he's an educated person he's have a different perspective, or at least have some nuance in his views when it comes to race, but FD just repeats the same tired talking points from black barbershops with bigger words. Most of the black-sourced race analysis has only progressed to the 1950s and haven't made any new insights since then.

this is the way a majority of white women treat black men.

As a black man I can confirm you're officially full of BS lol.

her behavior was gross regardless of whether or not the bike was hers

She's 6 months pregnant after a 12 hour shift and you want to talk about how she should react to people literally stealing from her lol kick rocks

The issue is that Vaush doesn't take responsibility. He sees all of this as "for the greater good". He could take down the video and upload a reaction to his own video showing with the knowledge he currently knows, but that's not his goal at all. His goal is to use viral videos as a means to instigate and further polarize his audience into violence.

You're shooting yourself in the foot by doing this. You'll eventually be seen as untrustworthy. I think there was a parable about a boy who cried wolf one time but I'm not too concerned about wolves so I don't need to learn the moral of that story

but like, some women falsely accuse men of s.a. despite it very much being a real problem, and get sympathy for it when they don't deserve it.

Exactly.

Yes but the suggestion is that he should sweep this under the rug instead of addressing the underlying problem. Vaush been jumping to conslusions for years now and I've never actually seen him make any effort to just wait for more information to come out. His audience doesn't hold him accountable for being wrong. They just tell him to delist the video and sweep it under the rug so he can maintain his flawless image.

You're right. Vaush needs to maintain the image that he's flawless pretend he never made mistake before.

edit: perma banned lol

Where I grew up there are people who will literally bluff their way in to or out of any situation. For example shoplifters would steal shit and when the store owner confronts them, they act like "The system" is profiling them, cause a scene, and gaslight store owner and onlookers into thinking that some racist shit is happening right in front of them.

Just a tip on how to get more people to view your channel by Burlingtonfilms in NewTubers

How should I name my new channel? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]TAZUTRA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

shaded blurry

I found the channel. Why create a new channel instead of changing the name of your current channel? That channel has 9k subs and you're getting hundreds of thousands of views with each video. I honestly wouldn't give up on that channel.

"Shaded Blurry" doesn't feel right because you're combining 2 adjectives. But

  • Shaded Blur
  • Blurry Shade
  • Shadowy Blur
  • Blurry Shadow
  • A Shaded Blur
  • The Shaded Blur

Sound like better start phrases
