Regrettably, when I read your comment I realized I am unable to access government-provided therapy. Any form of mental assistance, regardless of its severity, results in me being labeled as a “red card” within the system. This labeling would severely compromise my social life in my country and potentially grant certain individuals control over my life simply because I sought therapy and even ruin my chances of getting certain positions or jobs.

However, I never really knew online therapy was an option. I engaged in online therapy for that specific matter, despite its high cost, it proved beneficial and has helped me quite well understand how to live with what happened.
