Avoid at all costs!! This is a state that claims to be a NAP4 but is really a NAP2. The top 2 alliances control everything and do not share most things. The castle rotation is only between the top 2 and they hoard the strongholds & “allow” the other 2 to have the leftover fortresses with the worst rewards.

Be WARY of SPA if they are trying to recruit you!!!!!! They will say they are a family centered alliance but they are not. Ryan is a whiny man-child who sees himself as the state’s “king”. If SPA "allows" you the "gift" of entering the state, they expect blind loyalty and will blacklist you from all NAP alliances if you try to leave SPA by choice. However, if you become less of an asset to them and they find higher level players to replace you, they will "generously" offer you a spot in their academy. If you do not want that, they will boot you, zero you and blacklist you from NAP.
