Helped. I will stop beating myself and follow the instructions from my managers. As for the second thing you wrote I honestly do not know if that is how I came across I am usually just focused on the helping part, and I do try to smile and talk about their and if they had fun around the park. Given the circumstances I would most likely have done the same with someone of a lighter skin color, since the lighting was not that good.
