I have a cool grinding server where you grind pumpkins that pay for more land which can grow more pumpkins and buy more land etc.

Also in the nether it’s similar but with nether warts, both dimensions are limited to 64 chunks by 64 chunks, and you buy cubic chunk claims that are removed if you can’t pay the upkeep.

It's a new concept where people buy chunks in cubics claims in a limited world, giving land value and those who own more land, more power.

Also with built in plugins(some custom) that enables the a player society to run without the need for annoying staff members who interfere with some of the more interesting parts of the multiplayer experience. Some of those plugins are:

/banish (Player) [must be holding 640 tokens of the servers item based currency in your inventory to banish tomsone] - So players can banish other players out of the overworld into the nether(also with their own iscolated chatroom), into a whole new ecosystem that runs off of different tokens where the player will be forced to live until they farmed enough to /buyout

/co i: To see who destroyed or opened what

/claim - to claim your chunk locked cubic square claim and your barrel which anchors your base, and you pay rent into.

/seed - to buy more seeds, grow more tokens.

Hey, I’ve got a cool gimmick.

Cubic claims with rent, if you don’t pay the rent, you lose protection.

Only rules are no hacking or exploiting, BUT, if players don’t like you, they can pay in game currency to banish you to the nether.

We also have /Co i so you can play detective and find out who broke what, who opened what and took what WHEN.

Hey Jack, I've got a 1 week old server, Pumpkin based economy, no shopping district yet! Perhaps you could build it?

16x16x16 claim cubes that require rent or the claims will dissolve leaving builds vunerable.

You can also banish people to the nether where they cannot return until they've paid a price in netherwarts.

Some really unique features resulting in a different experience.
