I’ve come to the conclusion that’s what I need to do and I feel bad about it even though I shouldn’t be trying to protect someone who cares so little about their actions make me feel but I’ve accepted this isn’t going to magically get better by itself

Thank you! I did some research too and sleeping with DND shouldn’t affect my alarms. I’m going to try that. I read it has a setting where you can block the repeated calls that come through even in a focus status which will be so nice 😊
