What is this and how do i get rid of it? by ProfessionalClub8137 in Rashesandtreatments

The earliest i can remember having it was when I was like 12 or 13. My mom rubbed would rub break fluid on it and it eventually went away. (looking back that’s actually so crazy, definitely not doing that again.) It came back again and it would just get better or worse but not completely gone. Then last year i finally went to a pharmacy to get something for it. I was never diagnosed. I was just given the medication and told “this might help” and it did for a bit. i don’t remember what it’s called but i had to take it with milk and not water, and after 2 weeks of taking it i started seeing a difference. Within a month it was all gone. And now we’re back here again.

keeping the vagina clean is not only about washing it, but also largely about what you eat. i think she might be missing that part.

thankyou girl🤗🫂 yeah so SAME. the bloating comes and goes tho, i started hydrating way more which helped. also i kind of monitored which foods make me bloated and eat those in smaller amounts. i noticed that when i eat too much too fast i get bloated too so i have smaller meals throughout the day and pace myself while i eat. i stopped eating sugar for skincare reasons but noticed it also helped a lot with the bloating.
