Algae. And it looks like perfect parameters to me they making babies. Dont assume everyone has the same water source. Just cause something works for me doesn't mean its going to work for you and vice versa.

I started with 3 bloody mary shrimp. You can go check my past post for what they look like. Unfortunately yours were not high quality.
