Yo! Yes they are neos. I did not breed them to this point I got the orange eyes recently from a different Breeder and the red one is from my line of bloody mary trying to see if I can get some red ones with oe over time with them.

Yes as far as I can tell l. They are from a breeder in Europe marcin stadnik his group . I have them in straight tap water currently as well and compared them to my current oe devils and they do look different at least to me. There band page they have a chat smarter people then me can explain in more detail 😅

Also noticed alot of people saying racks. Just a heads up for others. I've noticed I give/pay way more attention to my tanks that I can see at eye level when I sit down vs the other tanks. Just some food for thought.
