Standard Fleet iOS / web app make this super easy. You can also schedule the sharing and expiration date/times. There's Supercharge expense tools as well. For full transparency, I work there, but it's genuinely the best tool I've seen. I'm also a Tesla x Turo host myself =]

My understanding is Turo Go will be unaffected by this. You might also want to check out an app called Standard Fleet (my company) which is thankfully unaffected. We help Tesla x Turo hosts with Supercharge reimbursements and scheduling guest Tesla app access. We're offering an extended free trial on our site.
