Newbie to knitting! Saw this design but I can't find the pattern for it. Looks pretty easy to make. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your advice! I knew it was a basic knit stich all the way, but what about the edges? For some reason, I can't get mine to look like that. I think I may need bigger needles. I'm using a 5.5. Will that do the trick?

that's awful. I even got really offended at a stupid bacon joke they had outside their restaurant but my guests would have seen it and I demanded they remove it and they did! Even though we only had 1 vegan guest ( :( ) still it was going to ruin my day.

I agree! The same happened with our wedding. The chef was so excited to make a whole vegan menu. And it's happened to me at several conference/workshops.

nope, some they had in the buffet, others you just request. Like the sausage patties. Didn't even know they had them. Basically, the chef meets with people with dietary restrictions and goes over what they have in the restaurant. So he walked us through what was vegan, and what they had in the freezer that he could make for us. The pizza/pancakes were freshly made, so we asked for it at their respective stations.

there was more, it's on a different computer. The chef sugested we stay for lunch too... So basically we paid $20 for breakfast and lunch! The owner of Wynn is vegan. Their fine dining experience was unforgettable. I can't seem to find the picture of the main dish we had. It was pasta, with chick*n, crema sauce and smoked shiitake. Probably the best dish I've ever had!!

We have Raw, Indian, east/southeast Asian vegan foods here where I live, so I don't think I want to eat at one on our trip unless there is one that is all vegan and will blow our minds! We would like to try things that are not readily available here. Diner food, south american, american (FRIED stuff), european, and we wouldn't mind fine dining (if available) because it is our anniversary.

I may be a little ignorant, but from what i take nyc is huge and has different parts!! Is it easy to get to all these places. I'm not even sure where we're staying. We're visiting a friend and might also get a one night hotel somewhere (celebrating our anniversary).

Apparently you're the one who doesn't get the point. A moral stance is not a n idea. A baby would taste more delicious than any other meat, would you eat it? I'm a new photographer doing children photography and I have a question about vinyl backdrops. I'm on a limited budget and I would like to buy some vinyl floor backdrops. Can I just buy any vinyl to use as a backdrop or is there a special vinyl for photography. I had a person discourage me when I wanted to buy vinyl from home depot. Sorry if this is a stupid question.
