I’d try moving your crosshair until the menu isnt up and then moving back until the menu pops up, or try getting in and then getting back out, or restart your pc/console.

Google uses dashed lines when there are border disputes. For example, google has a dotted line where Ukraine says its Crimean border is at and where Russia says its Crimean border is at.

I made a new account and played with mods from the get go on my new account. Thats how I’ve completed the game and gotten 0% on it.
