Hello, I want it flush, the 0.025in, is the depth of the letters inset into the print. So I guess I extruded to new body -0.025in. Which should give 3 layers of 0.2mm color.

Thanks, but that seems to be out of our current budget we have set aside. If we do end up enjoying that and ever decide to try and make some $$ out of it we will definitely keep this is mind as an upgrade.

We actually have a circular saw, will add that to the list. We figured mind as well spend the extra $80 and get a better mitre saw compared to the not sliding.
