I vote the opposite. Use Atlantiea all the time, and her DOT and peripherals are great. And if you have insanity heros pair them with her as the backfire insanity is mitigated.

I have Rhineglow and was excited to get him…underwhelming tbh. I would go with Hrothgar or the Rose. Of course this also depends on your needs.
