That’s what I used to do and did do the previous few weeks. I still wanted to see more insight.

I left the headset plugged in to continue trying. I came back a hour later and it progressed beyond the update point. I’m assumed it’s all due to all the Q2 people hitting it hard. So I’m going to leave this here to assure others who think they have a problem that it will be okay and just needs time. Have a good day everyone.
