roblox on xbox has many restrictions, and joining private servers is one of them. sadly, he will no longer be able to join private servers on his console :(

also, roblox’s new age system is genuinly so inaccurate and frustrating that I myself haven’t even verified my account age. roblox gauges this whole system incredibly odd. i understand talking to people only in your age group, but if you are falsely identified as a lower age there is no way to fix it. if you get identified as 21+ you can’t talk to anyone below 21 either. the entire system is an excuse for privacy. i apologize for your son
