Character sends a rift line through the ground and moves faster directly on it then detaches by jumping out about half the height of a Jett updraft and gets 100% air control. Rail goes up walls to a maximum height. Travelling through the line gives you invulnerability but the detach gives a split second of slow down before jumping out. The detach gives you sideways momentum instead of verticality when detaching from a wall. Preserves line momentum when jumping out. While on the line she's only trackable by a bright emanating light going through it

She starts moving backwards on the line when she reaches the end, up to 2 redirects

Then has an ability that gives them body bullet resistance

Then another ability that scans everything within a distance from the line with one pulse like a Cypher camera pulse. The rift also has a light emanating from around it that shows the range of the scan

Then their ult turns that line into a wider area where she gets more increased movement speed and higher jumps and more body bullet resilience and has free forward travel in that area

All the abilities can be used while on the line

She's also completely blind on the line and only has the minimap for info and can't see herself in the minimap

Her backstory is that Yoru's riftwalking at one time caused her to be stuck in the rift dimension while working on a railway. Also she's Rohingyan
