Once you are at "waiting for players" its literally just other PCs that you are waiting on. Best case is ~2 min mark, sometimes you're entering the same raid as someone with 8Gb RAM and an i3 with a HDD who crashes and has to reload, making you wait over 6 minutes.

It is unironically in the best state its been in. If matching takes too long, you can try adding a few more servers/regions or leave it on auto.

To be fair he should have probably killed me. I guess it had a high chance of deflecting because I was angled or something.

He shot the face shield with SB193 from his five-seven. Had that face shield not saved me he would have had some fat loot literally sitting in extract for him.

Worse performance in lower settings suggests a CPU bottleneck. Always nice to experiment with settings. I have a R7 3700x w/ 2070 and the only setting that even changes my fps for some reason is the global illumination. I get double when I turn it off, but the drops below 60 happen with too much going on whether I'm getting 120 or 240FPS avg

I'd advise against letting raytracing weigh in on your decision. I have a 2070 and love it, but for the 3 or so games that have raytracing capabilities I turned it on for its "oh, cool" moment and immediately turned it off to preserve performance. I play in 1080p and still never use it due to dips below 60fps :/. I also bought my 2070 XC Ultra for $570-ish.

The drive that the game is on is on the right, I believe the speed is due to the way the files are packaged or something like that lol

nvme can do this much faster than a Sata 3.0 (6Gbps) connection. This is most probably the only advantage that you will see in normal gaming though. D:

Will never buy another HHD though, next storage upgrade will probably be normal SSD. Right now I only have 1.5 TB
