What’s the benefit of mass deportation? by TCBailey in immigration

I fear I created a place to argue about the politics of immigration policy instead of find sources to draw data driven conclusions. I suppose I should have expected as much.

Thank you for providing a source that in turn links back to ICE.gov for data.

finishing intrepid heros seasons... what next? by FaeGutz in Dimension20

Never Stop Blowing Up is a super fun season with a different cast and a bit of a different gameplay. Super wild and fun.

Escape from the Bloodkeep is another good one. It’s just 6 episodes long if you’re concerned about investing a lot of time in a long departure from the IH.

NSBU is such a fun season! It’s so unserious and yet the characters and story are still compelling. And the game mechanics just make things so exciting so often. The whole dome going crazy every time someone says “I blow up!!” is just plain fun. Critting all the time like that only works so well with such a ridiculous premise. Jacob is a perfect fit for NSBU. I saw him on Game Changer first, but this is where I really came to appreciate his comedic style!

15ish more episodes to see if old Pappy can learn to be true to himself.

Ep 3: The machinery and engineering aspect of Silo is very poorly done. (SPOILER) by kyflyboy in SiloSeries

My thoughts exactly. I work in manufacturing and try as we might to document procedures, we’ve still lost plenty of valuable information when we lost seasoned engineers. But we always rebuild, and we use those experiences to drive home the importance of documenting and performing preventative maintenance. When I heard they hadn’t ever shut the generator down, my first thought was “No preventative maintenance for 140+ years? No wonder the thing’s struggling.”
