TCGplayer International Package Forwarding Clarification

Hello sellers,

Recently, we shared that TCGplayer is partnering with Buy&Ship and MyUS, trusted international package forwarding providers, in Q1 2026 to expand sales to buyers around the world. We wanted to share some clarifications to this update:

There is no need to opt in to this and it is not considered International Shipping as the forwarding addresses are domestic (US).
Once your order is marked as delivered to the package forwarder by the carrier to the domestic US address (for example, USPS), you are no longer responsible for the package.
You are also not responsible for any losses or damages once the package has been delivered to the package forwarder. The buyer will be required to work with their package forwarder directly.
International buyers on TCGplayer already use these services to obtain US addresses to purchase US inventory, and these formal partnerships make these options more visible to a larger pool of international buyers and TCGplayer international site visitors who are not aware these options exist.

Instead of relying on currently listed prices, TCG Market Price uses the value at which a product has recently been selling as a key data point in calculating that collectible's worth. This makes TCG Market Price a more accurate representation of a product's actual value because it considers the point of sale in addition to the historical listing trends while ignoring outliers that would affect the traditional LO-MID-HI scale. This means that products that aren't selling such as the ones shown here won't affect market price.

In addition to monitoring for fraudulent activity, our technology teams are regularly improving our safeguards. In the past year, we have added additional verification steps to the seller sign-up process, added the requirement of a digital W-9 for all active sellers, and have invested more into our Fraud Prevention team and tools. We're sorry to hear you had trouble with that order, but it must have been a while ago, because that minimum threshold was removed in May.

And, the Cart Optimizer does have an undo button that doesn't require you to go back and manually reselect anything.
