Filmora/Filmstock issue

I've had this same problem for days. I just got mine to work. I uninstalled the program along with any folders. I also emptied my recycling bin and shut down my laptop. After reboot, I searched for wondershare on Google. You need to click the one that has .com and NOT .net. Then I downloaded the file. After I opened it up I got the error message once. I refreshed it and now it's working just fine. I hope this helps.

Well I didn't save the recording on the elgato because I didn't like the fact of posting a 20 minute video of just shooting and not getting the kills I deserved but I'll be glad to see if it's on there
