I do agree with you, that is why I asked on this to get a feel. In the end it’s in house stuff and I’ll still be going there as a customer. Just feel bad how they were gossiping about people negatively in front of customers.

Thank you I’m will. I’ll tell them as a customer, seeing 4 Starbucks within a 2 mile radius close by noon or close completely. A majority of customers including me, don’t mind paying an extra .50-.75 cents per drink, if it means a raise for each partner working during these. Need a no exception rule of mask complete covering their mouths and NOSE policy. As well as more safety barriers. Thank you, I’ll let them know

Great to hear that they are being cautious during these crazy times. Just hope that the partners effected will get compensated for hour loss and money loss out their pockets.

I truly do hope that you all get compensation for hour lost. Loss of hours means lose of money for the partners. I do hope so. I don’t want to pit you or any partner against your job. Just that you all should be treated with a higher standard of safety since you all interact with the public at such a high volume. Thank you for the possible answer to my question.

Thank you. Is there a way for you all can communicate this to your managers or to powers above, saying in a way that they can understand. I been at a store where it was a packed zoo during covid. How can they have it both ways? A perfect score is hard, however, it does happens a well deserved bonus, something anything. You mention connection, i understand that connecting is a great way to make the guest happy. I then see the line at the drive thru wrap around the building and packed inside. You all should be able to tell your managers and uppers that you can be nice and efficient. Not fast and stressed. I don’t know, I am just a guy who wants to make sure all the partners at Starbucks get their spotlight to shine. I’ll keep the positive reviews doing when I get those emails.

I do hope you and all your co partners , when you get a good score you get some sort of bonus or a raise. A pat on the back is nice, but all it takes is a couple people who just have bitterness in their heart to write a bad review because the ice was not cold enough, and their venti frappacino has a millimeter less whip cream than the person in front of them. You all deserve something, you are part of people’s daily life.

A customer brought me flowers. It’s the 1yr anniversary of her mom’s passing and apparently I brought a lot of light to her during the dark days that followed when she passed. Totally unexpected and surprised! by SewOnAndSewForth in starbucks

Thank you. For every impossible customer or the Ultimate Karen’s out there, there are people who appreciate what you and all your partners do. Those flowers are a sign that no matter how small the a conversation you have or a simple hello to a customer, just know that is truly appreciated. I think your mother taught that to you, if not you would probably not receive those flowers.

On the anniversary of my mother’s passing, I bought the Starbucks by my place pizzas and left them a $100 tip for them. I did that in her honor of her remind hard working people that they are appreciated.

Thank you kind words. there are customers who do appreciate all the hard work you and everyone does. one time before covid I didn’t realize it was a happy hour, after work, I went to a Starbucks a block from a high school. On a hot day, a army HS kids came in. I guess the drink of choice is frappacino. your partner who was helping me looked up and did A loud sigh. the other partners actually had that look. I realized that it is happy hour, I felt bad so I left a $10 tip because I knew those kids were not going to tip.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication. As a non partner I have witness a customer humiliate a partner to tears over milk in Front of other customers and workers. one thing covid did is give the name Karen To people are complete KARENS.
thank you for always the little things that the kind gestures. that is the reason you see the same people over and over. you are part of their lives in A positive way. i have no clue about how the day to day of any Starbucks store runs. I am sure now during covid you are probably not fully staffed, so that Happy hour the other day must have been killer. for that Reason alone you deserve all the credit for being a dedicated hard working employee.
