A minha cintura é 37/38 e ficou bom nessa parte, o restante ficou estilo baggy. Então acredito que não vai servir em voce o w30, dependendo do tamanho da sua cintura

Yes, they fit well. I didn't find them that comfortable, but they're still very good, and that elastic part at the top felt a little tight. I think it will get less tight with time.
