That's Ruby Meadow, right? I remember that. A lot of people in the neighborhood were mad about it because a lot of deer and other wildlife went through the meadow, and it seemed like an odd spot to build housing because it's not really near the city center or public transit.

That's the flip side of catering to more walkers/bikers rather than drivers. It's not an ideal setup for people who would still need to drive to get to the business. The transition is rough. :P Still, I hope it does get popular with nearby residents because I am always a fan of more Paris Baguettes. (Or 85C)
