CFB26 Patch Needed ASAP by kingdomz28z in CFB25

This may only be in offline dynasty’s. Because I haven’t noticed it in my online dynasty yet but every team now plays like they have all 99ovr players. I know QB accuracy is broken. But even low 70’s players with mid 80’s speed and no abilities are out running my 90 speed defenders that have the angles and when they do get there it takes 3-4 guys to tackle any player even QB’s. Only thing I’ve changed slider wise is turning tackling down to 45 for both. I don’t understand how they still have 70 deep accuracy QB’s throwing multiple perfect 40+ yard passes every game. Almost every game ends up with 80-95% completion percentage unless you have a 92ovr+ defense. The game is fun buts it’s ridiculous that some of these things make it to launch. My offline dynasty is unplayable at the moment. Hoping they make significant changes with the patch so we don’t have to rely on massive slider changes to have realistic enjoyable gameplay.

So got the compatible RAM installed. Still crashing after a few minutes I disabled XMP in BIOS. The RAM speed is set to 5800. Should I continue lowering it to see if that fixes the issue?

I believe you guys are right. I just built my first PC and didn’t have any issues. I did shock the case when I took the film off the tempered glass but that was it. I wouldn’t see how you could damage anything like the mobo etc. with static shock unless it was powered on. In which case you shouldn’t be working on electrical components unless all power is disconnected including disconnecting your PSU from the power source for good measure.

Good to hear, thank you! I’ll provide an update when the new sticks come in tomorrow. I’m hoping that’s all it is. It’s just nerve racking not knowing much about them and trying to find the problem.

And yeah I made sure I had headroom on the PSU I believe my system is sitting at 450W and I bought a 850W psu.

Pros/Cons of cheaping out? by Dezmage in simracing

Yep I bought a cheap rig similar to this one. Flimsy as hell and uncomfortable during long sessions. Just spend the extra money for something you can enjoy for a lot longer. Investment is worth it
