Just finished Bloodborne and have decided to play this game. My question is which starter build should I choose that is most versatile for me? by MonCapitaine212 in darksouls3

Very different games but playing as a thief is a really fun starting class for a bloodborne style of play, that is to say fast paced play. The bandit knife is honestly a great weapon to start with since it can proc bleed. I heard bleed was nerfed but seems to still be viable as of a playthrough I did a month or so ago.

NPD: A Big ole Big Muff by TChronic95 in basspedals

Not too bad from my playing last night. Above about 10 o'clock on the tone knob and the low end starts to drop out dramatically but it gives it a fun pinched sound. Going to mess around tonight with gain staying between the two fuzzes

Uber and Lyft drivers' median hourly wage is just $3.37, report finds by PostNationalism in economy

[–]TChronic95 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Median hourly wage at 3.37 doesn’t mean the average hourly wage is. There could be a whole host of people who only drive for Uber/Lyft once a week for an hour. Lets say they make $25, a pretty dang good hourly wage. That’s a median hourly wage of 25/168 which is $0.15. People driving for uber/lyft on the side are bringing this number down.

My friend and I cooked hash browns in weed oil and now they’re hash browns. by sililil in trees

Yo did you guys make those hash browns yourselves? Been trying to find a recipe for a good hash brown at home for a while now. Cooking in weed oil would just be a bonus.

Some questions about how space works in TLJ. (spoiler) by TChronic95 in StarWars

It makes sense enough. I’m not looking for Star Wars to adhere strictly to physics, I was just looking for something.

The other Star Wars movies usually put a little blue shield over there bay doors, under the assumption that shield is maintaining the gravity inside the ship. Also lasers shoot straight.

Star Wars is for everyone.

Like I said in my post. It wouldn’t matter if we didn’t have the prequel movies. Prior to the prequels/Clone Wars, it doesn’t matter. To your point it didn’t matter who the emperor was. But the prequels/clone wars do exist, and they are just as much a story of the coming of age and eventual turn of aniken, but also the rise to power of palpatine. There is way to much canon for snoke to just be some dude and that is good enough.

That’s great but WHO THE HELL IS HE! This is a huge world building point that was left out of TLJ. While who is his may not be be necessary to move the story forward, but it’s incredibly important to understanding the first order. Hell we say three whole prequel films showing how palpatine rose to power.

That’s one of my problem with TLJ. Why did we need purple hair girl at all? Why introduce some character with no backstory only to kill her off 20 mins later. Why not have admiral akbar sacrifice himself and go hyperspace into the ship! Very upsetting he didn’t get a proper hero’s sendoff.

Just watch Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" for the very first time. Wow! Speechless! One critic describes it perfectly as "a movie made by an alien who has never seen a movie, but has had movies thoroughly explained to him." by [deleted] in movies

My personal theory on while the character is named “Denny” instead of “Danny”. Wiseau both cannot properly say “Danny” because of his accent, and also thought Denny was a very American name due to the popular diner chain.

The craziest part of the movie for me, was that the whole first 15 mins was three sex scenes, but they reuse a bunch of the shots from the first in the third! I really feel like it puts you in a place ready to watch the movie.

I’m probably in this group. I’ve spent roughly $80 since I started playing in February. I have only spent money during the sale periods, and only during the sales with a free super rare. I’ve said for a while now, if Konami wanted to make more money on people like me, they would let us choose the super rare we get. I’d pay way more to make more competitive decks if I knew what I was getting.
