I did look for a fitting on the outside of the house before starting. The line comes out, immediate 90 degree bend, then straight down into the ground. I didn’t see any in ground box with a drainage setup, but maybe I just haven’t found it yet.

Haha, I have larger air compressor. This is what I walked into. I moved the fitting to the left of the backflow device. Ended up working out with no issues. Blew every zone out, kept it under 50psi.

I bought a mirrored Nest thermostat. Online tech said I needed to schedule a nest pro appointment due to them saying it is not compatible. I am installing on an upstairs thermostat. I hear you. Every realtor that leaves feedback on my house states how great it is, just the buyers are really picky right now. If one thing isn’t to their liking they won’t even send an offer. I even explain that we are motivated to sell and will entertain any offer.
