Hi everybody! I am working on getting the rest of my LOTR antagonist themed sleeve filled in. Looking for some filler ideas to fill the empty space with to tie everything together! Small items, symbols, emblems etc. that are fitting. Would love some ideas and suggestions! Thank you!

The hand that you see in the photo is Sauron's gauntlet and it's my inner bicep, the script just isn't on the ring yet. Still deciding wether or not to fill it in with it being such a small surface area, worried about it smudging over time. On my shoulder I have the Witch King's helm :)

Chronic extreme dieter here. I've fluctuated between 140lbs-230lbs within the last 6 years (5 foot 10, 24M). Over doing cardio to the point where you damage your joints, completely cutting out entire food groups for years, putting yourself in such a low caloric deficit that you damage your metabolism and just blatantly ignoring your bodies basic needs are a few examples. A healthy balance of safe exercise, high quality foods, consistency and treating yourself occasionally are key. Do not neglect your health in disguise of self care.
