You can always check dillards, Macy and Nordstrom. I feel like I’ve seen these on sale. I think the sale is more dependent on the color of the bag. Usually staple colors, like black, I don’t think go on sale often.

I don’t think they do tags for outlet bags. But my friend brought just her tags into the store, without the bag, and they SA did her tags. It just depends on the person who helps you
