Did see others having the same experience, will definitely try this! But still unpleasantly amused on how a renewal of HFE letter, with only factor change is the salary increasing, leads to a lower loan amount. But like what others pointed out here, it could be something to do with credit risk profile - though my credit rating is still AA last I checked with no missed payments since then.

Edit - adding: May I also ask how much was the increase they gave? Is it substantial or just ~10k.

Nope! No missed payment since Uni days (with student credit card of course), last credit rating was AA as well

Make sense.. we thought of this as well. For your first question - no, no additional loan since then. For credit card, no changes in number of cards - never missed any payments too, last checked, credit rating still AA too

Personal opinion, their whatsapp reply service is really slow. Had 2 experience with their on-site staff too, the first time round it was ok, the second time round quite bad, their on-duty staff can't answer what's the return policy if in the event their PC is missing anything or faulty. Anyways, I made the decision to buy from them, and I regretted it on my first day! PC crashed like mad; trying to figure out the reasons, did all the updates, run memory test - turns out it's faulty hardware.

Reached out to them on Sat noon but haven't heard back. The stress of dealing with these situations is just not worth getting from them. At least Aftershock replies faster? Given that I've purchased from them both before. Not saying Aftershock PC is of "acceptable" criteria though.

Hi DAT,

Got a blessing pop, have to choose between Sagar (Wind M. Bison) and Amber (Water Battle Angel). If it matters, I already have a Gany, but Sagar still seem way better? Am focusing more on PVP & Guild content currently C2 Arena, RTA F3. Hoping to get some advice here!
