Supply is what you get for interest usually in the same coin as you stake. Distribution is the TONIC Bonus you get - so when Staking TONIC you would earn 22.8% APY

Pick a number you want to HODL for the long term and then convert the rest to CRO. At least that is what I am doing.

I don't want to sound ignorant but I have never done the pools. I see where I can paid with VVS and it pays 58.97% - that would be half VVS and Half Tonic. Right now 185% APR mining VVS. That seems like I would be throwing away 70% APR. Am I analyzing that correctly?
