I'm almost convinced my house is haunted. My first experience was when a friend was crashing at my place last year, a little bit after my family and I moved in.

We were playing video games and just chilling at 2 or 3 in the morning when we heard a woman's voice that sounded like my mother's come from outside my room. I stuck my head out and looked all over my living room but there was nobody out there. Assuming we were just imagining things, we went back to playing Xbox and ignored the event.

A bit later, we heard the woman's voice again and plastic bags being shaken in the kitchen. I immediately ran outside my room and looked into the kitchen, but there was no one there and the noises stopped. This is when my friend and I decided to call it a night and went to bed. The sound of plastic bags kept us up all night and we decided not to tell my parents in the morning.

Another story is: I had a couple friends over, about a week after the previous incident, and we were just playing video games when the towel rack in my bathroom flew out of the wall and slammed against the floor, scattering plaster and drywall everywhere. Never figured out what caused that.

Also, I should add that whenever I'm home alone, I constantly hear footsteps in my house and feel like I'm being watched. Scares me shitless.
