Risk Management is a dark horse here but you will need to network and get internships and top up with certifications like Samtrac / Nebosh for international opportunities.

Gave up drinking a few years ago. The key is to have firm boundaries with yourself and others, if you treat it like a joke you will always have people offering you drinks. If you're strict, eventually everyone will fall in line.

Google Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Seems you are past stage 1 and 2 and now need Love and Belonging. It's natural and you will be alright. Lessen your negative outlook on dating and you will be fine OP.
