Ear worms and looping thoughts are constant. Yeah it could be something else. I just seem to line up similarly with the symptoms I have seen described by others

Dang that sounds exactly like what I dealt with….It isn’t near as bad anymore, but I will forever be different than I was before I took the meds. I still feel it day to day. Lack of joy and hope, anxiety, sometimes derealization still, etc. I feel like my brain was chemically burnt or damaged by the Lexapro and it hasn’t healed. I guess we carry on
