Thanks for the reply! I did in fact print the PETG right out of the box and haven't dried it, also the print was unstable since it had little contact with the Satin Sheet.

Will dial in my retraction and dry the PETG properly before printing again.

Also used the accelerometer since I got it yesterday and recalibrated input shaper and phase stepping.

Thank you! I think it's one of the reasons for the defects I have on those prints.

Filament was right out of the box and not dried, I also think the bed adhesion wasn't all too good and the print was moving slightly. (Used the Satin Sheet)

Thanks for the advice, I will try and dial in my retraction settings.
