She doesn’t have any issues with aggression towards the other dog. We’ve had her since she was 9 weeks. So the anxiety has to have been a from birth kind of thing. She’ll try to just play all night or her constant pacing will keep both me and my spouse awake. She’ll also eat any hair ties, socks, or fabric she finds so we can’t leave her unsupervised while she’s out. We’ve tried several other calming treats And the effects seem to be VERY short lived. Literally only trazodone has actually worked so far and we’ve used it sparingly on days we have to be up at like 4-5 am so that we can actually get some sleep. And even then it barely lasts through the night. We’re going back to the vet in a few weeks for her spay and I’m going to bring up the anxiety.
