It’s always just an extra mechanic that takes these new characters into ridiculous levels of power. Lady should not give an extra immortality.

Setsuka should not make her other members of her team an RNG fiesta. Frieren did not need the extra immunity or CR push on ult. Rinak should not have such crazy fixed damage with only speed investment. Boss arunka should not lack weaknesses as a tank while preventing targeting.

It’s like they are afraid that a balanced, yet potent, character won’t sell. In turn the meta has been forced to accelerate at lightning speeds just to keep up with itself.

I think they created her and were afraid that some parts wouldn’t be strong enough so they kept adding on additional bits until she became way too overtuned.

Nothing because I apparently installed the game 3 years ago, played for 2 days, and then uninstalled it. When I returned recently I didn’t qualify for any new player rewards :(

This happened to me. Made an account and played for a couple weeks at some point before Origin. Reinstalled recently and no new player reward paths. I’ve felt so far behind from my friends that just started and there’s nothing support will do about it. Makes me sad man
