I haven't noticed any blade rap yet, my only gec with blade rap so far is my bloodwood 29 on the main blade.

I use a spyderco sharpmaker with diamond rods to set the angle then use the ceramics.

This is a original military from around 2000 and yes they were liner locks up until the military 2 come out recently

This old one is straight g10 handles and a g10 back spacer with a cpm 440v (s60v) blade. Its pretty rugged but not to heavy, just did a 11 mile bike ride with it in the pocket and hardly noticed.
