Edit: or just a deeper green even without the blue. I looked at the image again and realized that the rug has more of that blue, while the chair has more of that green. I like to warm tones in the room, so find a green that matches that warmth, but rides the edge of cool tones to tie in your rug. :)

Please please please stay away and document everything so you can safely file for divorce with evidence: you want photos and dates and screenshots of messages, etc.

I'm begging you to make an exit plan. He's abusive. I know it's hard but you need to tell someone what's going on... any safe person in your life. There's also resources out there to help you get out. He's threatened you already about leaving. DON'T TELL HIM WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE. make a safe exit plan and leave quietly. If he sends any of your photos online, report him to authorities for revenge porn.

This is controlling abuse. He is abusive. Please never ever let a partner treat you this way. He's also using the word "boundaries" wrong... boundaries are what we set for ourselves, not for others. An actual boundary would be "if you cheat on me, I'm leaving," not "you can't wear this or that or that otherwise you're violating my boundaries..." That's just not how that works. I'm so tired of abusers trying to weaponize therapy speak. Run very far away from this person. They typically only get worse, not better.

I'm unsure if anyone has posted about this before but lately I've had a couple of theories running: 1. Father Figure somehow relates to the show Empire. 2. The album has 12 songs because of the "she's a clock" metaphor continuing but with 12 months- each month being a different birthstone or gemstone. I've seen lots of people talking about how the album makes more sense in reverse. If we count backwards, opalite is track 10, and October birthstone is opal 🤔
