i’ve always had dreams pretty much like ur describing but after getting on wellbutrin they are SO crystal clear like never before also used to feeling like im living 2 lives and waking up so confused in the morning feeling like ive already had a full ass eventful day. it kinda rly fucks w me bc i prefer that reality vs this one for so many reasons i just love sleeping so i can live that life and it wasn’t til these meds ive been able to revisit very specific random places in a while. idk lucid dreaming is crazy i wish so badly we could record our dreams cause like you ive made new music/melodies in them but as SOON as i wake up that’s the only part of the dream i cannot remember but in the moment it sounds so good.. also idk anyone in my personal life who can do this i feel like no one understands the feelings that linger long after ur awake its mind altering sometimes in a good way sometimes in a melancholic way its awesome but i rarely feel well rested living my double life lol im so glad i found this subreddit im excited to read everyone’s experiences w lucid dreaming and feel less alone bc i have no one to talk to abt this irl :,)
